This policy explains what information NAS-T Fab & Finish LLC collects through nastfabandfinish.com, what we do with it, who else handles it, and how it is protected. We keep this short because we collect very little.
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your project details. You choose what to put in that last field. Please do not include sensitive information such as serial numbers there.
Orders are taken through Stripe, our payment processor. On Stripe's checkout page you provide your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, your payment card details, and the order details you entered, such as the firearm make and model and any notes about the work.
Your card number never touches this website. Payment pages are hosted by Stripe on Stripe's own systems. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with your contact details, shipping address and order notes, so we can do the work and return your property. We never receive your full card number.
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like nearly all web hosts, GitHub records standard server request information, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request. We do not have access to an analytics dashboard and we do not track individual visitors.
If you use the order builder, your selections are held briefly in your own browser's session storage so they can be carried over to the quote form. That data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us on its own, and is cleared when you close the tab. We set no cookies.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email. If we ever want to, we will ask you first.
We use a small number of service providers. Information reaches them over an encrypted HTTPS connection, either when your browser submits it directly to them or when we pass on what is needed to complete your order.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that information. We share your information with them only so far as it is needed to run the business.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid legal request, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or profiling.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We take reasonable steps, but we cannot promise absolute security, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Quote requests stay in our email until we clear them out. Order and payment records are kept as long as needed to service the order, handle any warranty or dispute, and satisfy tax and record-keeping requirements. After that they are deleted or retained only in our payment processor's records.
Email or call us and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. There is no account to manage and nothing to unsubscribe from.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
